At MADY E-bikes, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality electric bikes and equipment. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our comprehensive Return & Refund Policy outlined below:
1. Final Sale Policy
Buyer acknowledges that all sales of the e-Bike and Supplemental Equipment are final. This means that once a purchase is made, no refunds or returns are permitted under any circumstances. This policy also extends to all services provided by MADY E-bikes, including but not limited to the MADY Care Plan and any Excessive Damage repairs.

2. Acceptance of Condition
By completing the purchase, the Buyer confirms that they have thoroughly inspected and accepted the e-Bike and Supplemental Equipment in their current condition. The Buyer acknowledges that MADY E-bikes provides no warranty or guarantee regarding the e-Bike’s suitability for any specific purpose.
3. No Warranty or Guarantee
MADY E-bikes does not offer any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Buyer agrees that they are purchasing the e-Bike and Supplemental Equipment "as is" and "with all faults."

4. Condition at Time of Purchase
The Buyer agrees and acknowledges that the e-Bike and Supplemental Equipment were free of defects or damages at the time of purchase. Any issues arising after the transfer of ownership are the responsibility of the Buyer, and MADY E-bikes will not be held liable for such occurrences.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Buyer releases and holds harmless MADY E-bikes, its employees, agents, and all associated parties from any and all liability or claims for injury, illness, death, or damage to property arising from the use of the e-Bike and participation in related activities. This includes but is not limited to accidents, falls, collisions, and any other incidents that may occur while using the e-Bike.
6. Maintenance and Repairs
MADY E-bikes offers maintenance and repair services to ensure the longevity and performance of our e-Bikes. However, any repairs deemed as Excessive Damage will incur additional charges, which are the responsibility of the Buyer. These services are also non-refundable.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from the purchase or use of the e-Bike and Supplemental Equipment, the Buyer agrees to first attempt resolution through direct communication with MADY E-bikes. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
8. Compliance with Local Laws
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations regarding the use of the e-Bike. MADY E-bikes will not be held liable for any fines, penalties, or legal issues that may arise from improper or illegal use of the e-Bike.
9. Changes to Policy
MADY E-bikes reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to review this policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of our services and products after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
