Buyer acknowledges that all sales of the e-Bike and Supplemental Equipment are final, with no refunds or returns permitted. This policy also applies to all services provided by MADY E-bikes, including but not limited to the MADY Care Plan and any Excessive Damage repairs.
Buyer confirms they have accepted the e-Bike and Supplemental Equipment in their current condition. MADY E-bikes provides no warranty or guarantee regarding the e-Bike’s suitability for any specific purpose.
Buyer agrees that the e-Bike and Supplemental Equipment were free of defects or damages at the time of purchase.
Buyer releases and holds harmless MADY E-bikes and all associated parties from any and all liability or claims for injury, illness, death, or damage to property arising from the use of the e-Bike and participation in related activities.
